Since 2020, I have been training new coaches at Utrecht University and spearheading initiatives that blend innovation with impact. I founded the OCC, which has provided free coaching to over 2,200 students and trained 60 coaches, and later established OCAC, where I have trained over 140 participants, including students and professionals. These initiatives are grounded in promoting diversity, equality, and quality education.
Recognized for my contributions, I have been honored with a Diversity and Inclusion Award nomination, celebrated as a role model for student well-being, and named a game changer at Utrecht University’s Education Festival. Currently, I lead OCC and OCAC in the EU project MLIAGRO, training coaches across Europe to support the integration of migrants and locals into democratic societies.
Through my work, I aim to create meaningful change by fostering talent, building inclusive communities, and empowering individuals to reach their potential.I am an entrepreneur by nature and a coach at heart, with over 20 years of experience in leadership and management across diverse roles, including CEO, strategic advisor, and business leader. With a background in international law and management and a passion for peace, justice, and empowering others, I began my journey as a teacher and study coach, driven by a commitment to inspire growth and transformation.
